Returns & Exchanges

At Flabelus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Flabelus box and packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange pair within 5 to 7 business days.
